Doom is picked in 7.7% of Very High matches, 5.9% of High and 4.6% of Normal, and wins 49.3% / 47.9% / 46.5%. Devour eats a creep and takes its abilities, Scorched Earth burns enemies around him while he heals and runs faster, Infernal Blade stuns and burns for a share of the target's health, and Doom dispels a hero and stops it from casting spells or healing. He is a late-game hero: he wins 40.1% of games under 25 minutes, 47% at 25–50 and 52.4% past 50, and his team gains more XP in 48.5% of games before minute 15, 46.2% to minute 35 and 49.3% after.
Countered by ClinkzClinkz starts ahead: his team gains more XP in 52% of games before minute 15. Searing Arrows add damage to every attack from range, and Death Pact eats a creep for health.
Doom's ultimate takes away spells, and Clinkz barely needs them. Skeleton Walk keeps him invisible until he attacks, Strafe gives him attack speed and range, and under the Doom curse his attacks and Skeleton Archers keep hitting, since it stops his spells and healing, not his attacks. Infernal Shred makes his and his skeletons' attacks ignore part of Doom's armor, and he can kill Doom before Doom has farmed into his late game. Clinkz's team gains more XP in 56.4% of games between minutes 15 and 35.
Clinkz is strongest before Doom comes online. He wins 62.9% of the 62 games under 25 minutes and 59.3% at 25–50 (1,859 games), then 48.3% past 50 (540 games), though his team still gains more XP in 54.1% of games after minute 35. The edge is +10.69 in Very High, +13.8 in High and only +4.58 in Normal. Clinkz wins 56.9% / 59.7% / 55.6% (Very High / High / Normal) against Doom, against his usual 50.9% / 50.7% / 49.7%.
Best teammate: SpectreTheir team gains more XP in 49.6% of games before minute 15. Doom holds the offlane on his own while Spectre farms through her slow start, and the pair wins only 33.7% of the 104 games under 25 minutes.
Doom dispels and silences the enemy hero who would stop Spectre, so that hero can't stun her or escape when Haunt and Shadow Step land. Infernal Blade stuns that hero, and Desolate adds pure damage to every target caught alone. Dispersion sends part of the damage Spectre takes back at the enemies around her while Doom keeps his target silenced. The XP-gain share dips to 45% between minutes 15 and 35.
This pair wins late: 52.4% of 25–50 minute games (4,185 games) and 58.4% past 50 (1,352 games), with an XP-gain share of 50.3% after minute 35. The pairing works best in High (+6.38), with +4.7 in Very High and +2.58 in Normal. The pair wins 55.2% / 54.7% / 51.3% (Very High / High / Normal), with Spectre, one of the strongest heroes of the patch, at 53.5% in every bracket.
Based on 2,082,000 public ranked matches of patch 7.41, played 11–25 October 2026. Advantage is the win-rate difference from what the two heroes' own win rates predict, times two (+6 is about 3 win-rate points), weighted over the skill brackets.
